Ingredients include:
- HIGHWOOD Distillers Rye Whisky (High River, Alberta) –in both the batter & then soaked in whisky glaze when hot out of the oven.
- High quality chocolate – in the chocolate cake.
- Canadian maple syrup & walnuts – in the maple cake.
- Dairy butter & canola oil
- Flour – locally milled in southern Alberta.
- Fresh, highest quality ‘real’ foods!
