Ingredients include:

  1. HIGHWOOD Distillers Rye Whisky (High River, Alberta) –in both the batter & then soaked in whisky glaze when hot out of the oven.
  2. High quality chocolate – in the chocolate cake.
  3. Canadian maple syrup & walnuts – in the maple cake.
  4. Dairy butter & canola oil
  5. Flour – locally milled in southern Alberta.
  6. Fresh, highest quality ‘real’ foods!
